CLOSED LOOP OrDERING
At Ostler’s, we have always reused containers, following the tradition of scrumpy cider producers back in my father’s day. Now, we aim to make this practice accessible on a larger scale. With over 2 billion metric tonnes of waste produced each year—of which only 13% is recycled and 5% composted—the need for change is clear.
We don’t just talk sustainability, we live it. By working closely with zero waste shops, wholesalers and our own refill and reuse program we make strides in reducing single-use plastic. You can be part of the effort too!
Simply return your empty container and we will reuse it.

HOW DOES REFILL & RE-USE WORK?
How to refill your apple cider vinegar
STEP 1: Let us know by emailing info@ostlerscidervinegar.com that you will be returning your container to us.
STEP 2: Return your empty container to us. We suggest Royal Mail Click & Drop as they will collect the container from your door and bring a shipping label. You will need to copy and paste the following dimensions into their website:
5 Litre weight & dimensions
> Weight – 250G, Dimensions L 19cm / W 14cm / H 25cm
25 Litre weight & dimensions
> Weight – 1KG, Dimensions L 28cm / W 21cm / H 45cm
